News Round-Up:

Europe: Laszlo Szakadati, the Hungarian Executive Director of LEN, the European swimming league, has left the continental federation's top job by mutual agreement between the parties, director and the ruling Bureau. A statement from LEN reads: "Szakadati began working for LEN in 1999 as Office Manager at LEN Office in Rome. He was later promoted to the role of Director in 2003, and his title was that of Executive Director since May of 2012. LEN wish to pay tribute to the work and leadership Szakadati gave to LEN over that period and will now seek to appoint a new Executive Director in due course." The move coincides with LEN's plans to quit Luxembourg after a short few years in a move back to Italy after Paolo Barelli, also of the FINA Bureau and president of the Italian swim federation, took the helm of the European body last September to replace Nory Kruchten.

Finland: Bo Jacobsen coach at the Esbjerg Svømmeklub in Denmark for almost two decades, has been appointed national team coach to Finland.
