EVANSTON, Ill. - Senior Steve Steketee (Golden, Colo./Golden) earned Big Ten Swimmer of the Week honors on Tuesday, Nov. 21. Over the weekend, he led his team to the Northwestern Invitational championship as he participated in eight events. Steketee took home individual firsts in the 100 and 200 freestyle and thirds in the 100 butterfly and 500 freestyle. He assisted fellow teammates in the 200 and 400 medley relay teams to second-place finishes and anchored the 400 and 800 freestyle relays to winning performances.
