
Femke Heemskerk (NED) added victory in the 100m free to her victory over 200m on Friday with a dominant 54.27 effort at the Nancy International. Dutch teammate Inge Dekker came home second in 55.76, with Mylène Lazare third in 55.93.
European 400m champion Yannick Agnel was way out ahead in the 200m free, on 1:47.01, with Clément Lefert second in 1:49.57, 0.3sec ahead of Jérémy Stravius, with Grégory Mallet fourth in 1:51.01. The meet marks the first test from French swimmers since they arrived back home from overseas training camps this week.
Lefert was back in action later in the session in a 100m butterfly final won by Romain Sassot, 53.51, ahead of Christophe Lebon, 54.22, and Jordan Coelho, on 54.73, Lefert on 54.89.
Hugues Duboscqtook the 100m breaststroke in 1:02.48 ahead of Giacomo Perez Dortona, 1:02.72, and France-based Algerian Nabil Kebbab, on 1:03.00. The session came to a close with a 1:01.67 win for Alexianne Castel in the 100m backstroke ahead of Cloé Credeville, on 1:01.80.
