Liam Tancock (GBR) set a world record of 24.08 in a Hydrofoil.  The record had stood at 24.33 to absent American Randall Bal since last December. Tancock, 24, said: "Randal took it off me last December and I wanted it back, know what I mean." Yes, we do. And you did. And how. The final would be "a bit of a dogfight," said Tancock.
