Mens 50m Freestyle Final
Reigning title holder, Brett Hawke made it back-to-back national titles winning the final in 22.58 with Olympians Ashley Callus and Michael Klim dead-heating for second in 22.71. Hawke admitted that he has had difficulty refocusing since the Olympics. "I really struggled with this preparation so the swim felt great," he said after the race. Rounding out the top eight were David Jenkins (22.80), Stephen Goudie (23.06), Todd Pearson (23.18), Adam Pine (23.28) and Nathan Rickard (23.35).
