Australian Swimming is apparently asking FINA to pay its part of of an outstanding balance from the Perth World Championships.

The World Champs had a shortfall of about $2 million Australlian dollars and Australian Swimming is asking FINA to pay an amount that was set in an agreement to underwrite the promotion of the event.
