The expectation was huge and the final outcome did not disappoint all those who were wondering what the "Free Routine Combination" event could be and look like.

At the end of the first final of the synchronised swimming competition, the acceptation and enthusiasm from athletes, officials, media representatives and spectators was evident and the show at Bernat Picornell's pool created an excellent mood for the "traditional" solo, duet and team event.
