WSU Swimming Falls to Pacific and UCLA

LOS ANGELES - The Washington State University women's swim team dropped to 5-3 this season with defeats at the hands of No. 11 UCLA and University of the Pacific in a dual meet, Saturday.

Washington State fell to host UCLA by a score of 213-49 and to Pacific 188-74, while the Bruins edged Pacific 132-130. The Cougars swam without co-captain and top sprinter Taryn Ternent due to illness.
