RIO DE JANEIRO - Finals for the first 17 events were held Saturday, Nov.17, at 9:30am under cloudy and drizzly conditions for the warm-up. Within minutes the sun came out and the rains stopped and with a temperature of 26 c degrees conditions proved to be ideal.
