Esposito and Loots Set National Fly Records

ROME-At the Seven Hills International meet, the fourth stop on the Mare Noistrum series, Franck Esposito (FRA) a French national record in the 200 butterfly with a time of 1:55.63. His previous best had been 1:56.17 a year ago. This time is moves Esposito to the number three all time performer for 200 butterfly.
Yesterday Esposito was second in the 100 fly with a time of 53.30 and Denis Sylantyev (UKR) won that one in 53.02. Today Sylantyev finished second in the 200 fly in 1:56.59.
Amanda Loots (RSA) bettered African and national records for the 100 fly with 1:00.02 and the 200 fly 2:12.08.
