2013 World Championships, swimming day 4

BARCELONA - It was a good night for South Africa that gains two gold medals. Chad Le clos wins the 200 metres butterfly; Cameron Van Der Burgh in the 50m breaststroke takes the second victory for tonight’s session while third is compatriot Giulio Zorzi, behind aussie Sprenger.

US swimmers Missy Franklin won her second individual gold at this Championships in the 200 metres freestyle, the first US victory in this event since 1978. Defending champion and world record holder Federica Pellegrini was second.

Chinese Sun Yang picked up his second gold medal, as well after he easily won the 800 metres free.
